About

The work was always most interesting where business, people and systems met.

I started in brand, digital and project environments inside larger organisations, including experience with adidas, BSH and the BMW Group.

Over time, the most interesting part became the operational questions underneath the visible marketing work: how a lead should move through the business, who owns what, why another spreadsheet sits next to the CRM, and why reporting stops matching reality.

Independent consulting made it possible to work closer to those questions. Across more than 80 client projects, the underlying problems are often similar: process, ownership, data, systems and adoption.

INSO DIGITAL developed out of that work. HubSpot is the platform I most often use to translate these requirements into working CRM, sales, marketing and service systems. The starting point remains:

Understand the business first. Then build the system around it.

INSO DIGITAL is a founder-led HubSpot, CRM and RevOps consultancy based in Nuremberg, supporting B2B teams across Germany and internationally.

How I tend to work

  1. Understand before configuring.

The software is rarely the right place to start.

  2. Stay close to the people using it.

A technically perfect CRM nobody uses is still a bad CRM.

  3. Strategy and implementation belong together.

Strategy only helps if it can also be implemented cleanly.

  4. Keep improving.

CRM environments are never really finished. Businesses and processes change.

Different businesses. Similar underlying problems.
